email. They did this several years ago and received a great response from the City. Deadline to email is
May 8th.

The deadline for receiving property tax relief this year is April 1st. Please apply soon!
This will limit any increase in your taxable value for the City of Atlanta to 2.6% and Fulton County to the CPI or 3%, (whichever is less).
If you wish to apply in person at one of the Fulton County Government offices.

2028: SR 9/US 23/Peachtree Road Bridge Replacement (Bennet Street/Atlanta Beltline Extension):
PBA is monitoring this major bridge replacement project, which is expected to begin in 2028. Anticipated detours may impact the neighborhood, and PBA will advocate for minimal disruption and congestion.
