Filming in Peachtree Battle Alliance
As Georgia, in general, and Atlanta, in particular, have become increasingly popular locations for the production of commercial videos, television, and movies, our neighborhood has hosted a variety of these production projects. We continue to welcome location scouts and production crews to film along our beautiful tree-lined streets. Please use the form below to let us know how we can accommodate your work. We ask that any film crew, production company, or location scout acknowledge our basic guidelines for filming.
Guidelines for Filming in Peachtree Battle Alliance
All productions must use FilmApp Atlanta as the official portal for permitting and to satisfy all City of Atlanta administrative and logistical requirements. Please provide, or have the location representative provide, the Peachtree Battle Alliance with one copy of: (a) the appropriate certifications and permits issued through FilmApp Atlanta and the City of Atlanta’s Office of Film & Entertainment; and (b) written consent from each immediate neighbor. (Scroll down for contact form).
We ask that all production companies contact PBA in advance to discuss the scope, duration, and logistics of the project so that PBA can communicate filming and production events to our membership. Our goal is to work collaboratively to structure a filming plan that respects the neighborhood and minimizes disruption. As part of that discussion, we will outline a neighborhood donation scaled appropriately to the size and impact of the production on a case-by-case basis.
All film-related donations to the Peachtree Battle Alliance are reinvested directly in the neighborhood to beautify greenspaces and support overall community enhancements.
Please refrain from (a) excessive noise, public nudity, noxious smells, explosives, pyrotechnics, or live ammunition; and (b) obstructing any neighbor’s entrance, driveway, or mailbox without prior written consent.
Maintain a visibly clean and safe work area at all times, including collecting and removing all trash and debris from the production area.
Limit the number of production vehicles parked on neighborhood streets and use only one side of the street to allow for local traffic flow and emergency access.
For Homeowners
As with any activity in the neighborhood, be it construction, hosting a large event in your home, or filming, be considerate of your neighbors. If you are hosting a production on your property, please direct the appropriate location contact person(s) to the form below.
