Headline: PBA Announces Date for it's Annual Meeting
The Annual Meeting of Members of the Peachtree Battle Alliance will take place on Wednesday, October 16th from 7:00-8:30pm at Boone's in the Hall of Fame Room and will be available via Zoom.
This meeting is open to any neighbor eligible for PBA membership, and all current members of PBA are encouraged
register your attendance in advance. Note that only active members of PBA can vote.

ELECTION OF DIRECTORS - Kendra Adams, President
Board members are elected in terms of three years and can serve two consecutive terms in addition to any partial term to which a board member is elected. PBA currently has 17 active board members, and you have authorized a board of up to 25 members. PBA's governance committee will nominate a slate of directors to fill vacancies on the Peachtree Battle Alliance Board of Directors with terms beginning at the 2024 Annual Meeting.
