Per information from the recent NPU-C meeting, Atlanta Solid Waste is starting to crack down on cans placed out too early and pulled in too late. Be advised and avoid a citation: 

• CANS OUT: The evening before pickup: after 7 p.m.
• CANS IN: By the following morning, by 9 a.m.
• CANS are not to be permanently housed/stored near the curb
