Deadline for receiving property tax relief this year is April 1st.  
Please apply soon!
This will limit any increase in your taxable value for the City of Atlanta to 2.6% and Fulton County to the CPI or 3%, (whichever is less).
 
How To Apply By Mail: 
The Deadline Is April 1st
-Go to fultonassessor.org/exemptions
-Scroll to the bottom of the page.
-Click on “Homestead Application”
-Fill out the application online
-Print the application
-Attach a copy of your Driver’s License
-Attach a copy of your Automobile Registrations (owner and spouse) 
-Mail to: Fulton County Board of Assessors – 235 Peachtree Street NE, Suite 1100, Atlanta, GA 30303
 
How do I find out if I already have the exemptions?
-At the page fultonassessor.org/exemptions
-Look on the right-hand side.
-Click on “Basic Property Search”
-You can search on “Owner Search” OR “Address Search”
-When you see your property, click on the Parcel ID (on the left)
-When it opens, scroll down to the bottom of the page.
-At "Mailing Address" IF YOU ALREADY HAVE the exemptions, you will see:  HF01 (Fulton)  HA01 (Atlanta)
