We hope this message finds you well and that you are enjoying all that our wonderful community has to offer. As the Peachtree Battle Alliance Board, we are dedicated to maintaining a vibrant, safe, and thriving neighborhood for everyone to enjoy.
 
Where Your Membership Dues Go
Your support is essential to preserving the quality of life we all cherish. Here's how your contributions are allocated:
 
Safety and Private Patrol (60% of our budget)
-Oversight and funding for contracted patrol staff and vehicles to keep our community safe.
 
Maintenance and Landscaping (20%)
-Upkeep of medians, parks, and playgrounds.
-Tree trimming, lawn care, and seasonal plantings to maintain a beautiful environment.

Neighborhood Events and Administration (15%)
-Organizing events that foster connection among neighbors.
-Covering operating expenses like insurance and professional services.
 
Long-Term Planning and Coordination (5%)
Collaborating with nearby organizations, including:
-Atlanta Memorial Park Conservancy
-Bobby Jones Golf Course
-PBA Neighborhood Improvements (501(c)(3))
-The Atlanta Opera’s clubhouse expansion project
 
Partnering with the City of Atlanta on traffic, sidewalk, road, and drainage projects through:
-Neighborhood Planning Units
-Zoning Board
-Atlanta City Council

Membership Dues for 2025: $500
Your dues ensure we meet current commitments and invest in improvements, including enhanced safety measures and greenspace upkeep.
