PBA Treasurer's Report

The 2008 Profit & Loss statement shows the following: 
Revenue:  $50,990
Expenses: $48,306
Surplus:  $8,684. 
•    The 2008 revenue included the following contributions:
-  $5,200 donated by the Haynes Manor Garden Club (HMGC) to fund the production of base maps for the PBA neighborhoods by Spencer Tunnell.
-  $6,000 donated by the Suzuki School to be used by the PBA for Traffic Calming projects
-     $1,800 donated by Beatrice Garner for the production of the new directory
•    $7,963 of surplus was used to fund the new Security Patrol for the months of November and December

The PBA has collected $101,490 of membership dues for the 2009 year to date representing 398 members.
