Haynes Manor neighbors participate in three-day traffic charette facilitated by Glatting, Jackson.
 
Glatting, Jackson creates initial PBA Traffic Calming Plan.
Spring 2004
PBA Traffic Calming Committee meets with Atlanta City Council representatives Claire Muller and Mary Norwood to review and discuss initial PBA Traffic Calming Plan.
Summer 2004
PBA Board approves initial Glatting, Jackson plan and charges PBA Traffic Calming Committee to pursue the plan over a multi-year period.
 
NPU-C Executive Committee approves Glatting, Jackson plan and presents Northside Drive traffic calming solutions to Georgia D.O.T. as part of the Georgia D.O.T. Northside Drive Safety Study.
Fall 2004
PBA Traffic Calming Committee facilitates 18 traffic roundtable meetings in homes throughout the Haynes Manor neighborhood.
Winter 2004
PBA Traffic Calming Committee initiates fund-raising research to identify sources for funding further development and staged implementation of the PBA Traffic Calming Plan.
Winter 2005
PBA Board approved revised conceptual PBA Traffic Calming Plan and charges PBA Traffic Calming Committee to administer neighborhood-wide vote on conceptual plan.
February 2005
PBA Traffic Calming Committee initiates communications about the revised PBA Traffic Calming Plan in preparation for a vote by the Haynes Manor neighbors.
