The
PBA Board of Directors shall consist of not less than the minimum number of Directors required under the
Georgia Non-Profit Corporation Code, nor more than twenty-five Members, the precise number to be fixed by the Members, from
time to time.
Directors shall serve for a term of three
years until their successors have been elected and qualified, with one-third of the Directors rotating off the Board each
year.
No Director shall serve more than two full
three-year terms. A Director may then be re-elected after one year of being off the Board.
Directors shall be Members of the Peachtree
Battle Alliance.

The Nominating Committee of the PBA Board of Directors
strives for an optimal balance of:
1) Geographic representation
of PBA neighborhood interests,
2) Community
leadership experience,
3) Commitment to active involvement
in PBA initiatives, issues, and activities,
4) Collective
skills and experience required to evaluate appropriately all issues affecting the quality of life in the PBA
neighborhood.
The
PBA Board consists of 23 men and women whose collective experience
includes: legal, financial and investment management, strategic planning, communications, human resources
management, real estate investment and development, negotiation and arbitration, landscaping, architecture, design, engineering,
zoning review and variance application, technology, event planning, disaster recovery, and security.
